Had NAPFA today.
I'm 19 years old.
sit and reach 44cm B
pull-ups 14 A
shuttle run 9.77sec A
sit-ups 39 C
standing broad jump 230cm D
2.4km run 16min failed
JOKE!!!!!!
First time fail NAPFA
Started 2.4km run at around 6pm++.
Everyone finished and gathered at the stadium at around 6.30pm.
I got in 69th position.
Since beginning of the quarter of 2.4km run, stiches came upon me.
Never felt so pain before... At my right chest just above my abdomen, it's unspeakable pain. I could hardly breathe... Literally stuggled through the 2.4km run. I almost crawled... Seriously... Even after the run, the pain won't go off... I asked God to have mercy on me and heal me... The pain got worse. The pain subsided a lil'... Even now, I can still feel it...
