Feels Like It's Time to Dream Again

Morning...

Think I just had one of my "longest" QT nowadays... Prayed.. Worship... Was on these 2 topics of Mentoring and God-with-us... Yupx, was reading "How to Invest Your Life In Others" and "Cure for the Common Life"... In camp, I read "Purpose Driven Church"...

To live out what I know ain't as simple as I thought. Thank God for grace, so that I can mature at the pace God set for me. I don't need to be frustrated when I am not growing as fast as I think I should be... Talk about God's timing...

Here's a treat of something I found fun of when I read the chapter on How Do I Find A Mentee?

A checklist ... Does the potential mentee possess these qualities?

*Will you be able to believe 100% in this person?
*Do you naturally enjoy communicating with this person?
*Will you be able to give without resevation to this person?

*Will you love him or her as abrother or sister?
*Do you admire their potential as a leader?
*Is this person teachable... eager to learn from you and mature in his or her spiritual and leadership potential?

*Does this person admire you?
*Is this person self-motivated even though not always confident?
*Will this person be threatened by you or threatening to you?

*Does this person have the time to meet regularly?
*Is God the first priority in their life?
