Feels Like It's Time to Dream Again

OK, the date shows that it's Saturday now. But I just had MCG not long ago. Came home not long ago.

MCG turned out alright!

With the fever of 38.1 degree celsius and headache and sorethroat and burning eyes, I managed to come through the day! Whee! Praise God for sustaining my body.

Movie marathon.

3pm reached Somerset. Went up the room at around 4pm. The set up was... interesting. Figured our way through the FenderPassport and the laptop and sound system... lols. Thank God for Jeremiah, Lancaster, and Donald.

Lancaster did well in the food aspects... Ha... But the budget went abit overboard...

Cedric helped me alot in the admin, along with BingChuan (invitation cards) and YiQuan. Really thank God for them. They gave their all despite their hectic schedules. Cedric has his work and the Easter production's floor managing... etc to do, while BingChaun has the Easter decor to keep him busy.

Sam's trust in me and advices guided me loads.

The CLs were great in mobilising their people for invitations... Donald, Colin, Jeremiah, Ritchie, Raymond.

Mark, Eilton, and Jeremy... Kudos to their humility and readiness to serve.

Kok How, WeiSiang...etc. Some other names...

All in all, thank God for this opportunity. Shall evaluate properly and further improve ourselves. If ever such a kind of MCG is gonna happen again. I must make it even better in double fold!





Few evaluation points I sorta gathered:
3 week's quite a rush.
Should settle the admin faster so that can invite earlier.
The band's obviously not ready.




Hmmm... I got to learn and know more about the individuals. Shall not go into details here. Ha.

I took up the challenge from Sam, 'cos I believed it's possible. Through this, I had the honor to test our capacity and capabilities. Through this, I had the honor to know more about our personalities and characters. Now, at least I know out current limits and potentials.

I... I got to see for myself my leadership and how I respond to situations... It's been so long since I led anything... Especilly in church, what more in Tertiary NS group. Talk about leadership style. I've much to learn.
