Good morning.
I slept late last night, 5am. I was installing softwares and updating my computer since I did disk recovery. I think I did napped like 30 minutes until 0445Hr that I called Jol. Now, her mum, her sis, and her should be in Vietnam.
I woke up at about 9am. I'm still meddling with my computer. Boy do I love it when my computer's working perfectly normal. Normal, is all I ask. Just function properly, please.

Chapter 6 - Resign As Master Of The Board
"Surrender to God is not passivity or abdication... Surrender means I accept reality."
Chapter 7 - No One Else Can Take Your Turn
Daniel...
Moxie
n. Slang
The ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage.
Aggressive energy; initiative: "His prose has moxie, though it rushes and stumbles from a pent-up surge" (Patricia Hampl).
Skill; know-how.
Valedictorian
The student with the highest grades in a graduating class who gives a speech at the graduation ceremony
"The key question is never, "What have I lost?" It is "What do I have left? Where can I take my turn?"
David Rabin, a professor of medicine at Vanderbilt University. He's the man, who contracted Lou Gehrig's disease. It slowly paralyses one's body muscles, until, the body no longer obeys its owner's commands. He's also the man who had enough strength to function only one part of his body: his eyebrow. With that, operated a computer that could be operated by a single switch by anyone, no matter how handicapped, who retained the function of one muscle group.
He said, "Sickness may challenge your body. But are you merely your body? Lameness may impede yur legs. But you are not merely your legs. Your will is bigger tha your legs. For your will is always under your control."
Now, I know that some people have the impression that I am lame (slang for cranky and telling 'cold jokes' and 'dark humour'), but look, I am not merely mylegs; my will is bigger than my legs!
Got a good eyebrow?
"Never give up your spirit.

Find meaning in suffering."
Look, in NS, I may not have as much liberty as other NSF. I stay in camp most of the time, because of my vocation "requirement". I barely book out and come home. I only have 2 weekends in 4 weeks, if times are good.
I may not have as much liberty, but I can have more freedom. I can.. I can choose to love, give, and forgive. I can have more freedom. I want that more than liberty.
I still look forward to ORD. Lol.
Chapter 8 - Remember Your Stuff Isn't Yours
How true.
At the bottomline...
Stuff is not treaure
"Smart players are clear on what lasts and what doesn;t. It is wise to store up treasure in what's eternal: God and people."
Stuff cannot make you free
Sttuff cannot make me happy
"Things we used to put in our "want" category keep getting shifted into the "need" category..."
"Here's the problem: you can never get enough of what you do not need."
Stuff cannot make me secure
"Giving is an act of confidence in God"
Stuff can help me become rich toward God
"When we give casually, we recieve casual joy. When we give effortfully, tohughtfully, creatively, we get immense joy."
Check out this story of a freshmean coed:
"We were going hme from working at the Salvation Army shelter on a snowy night. We passed an old woman shoveling her driveway. One of the guys asked the driver to let him out. I thought he was just going to take a shortcut home. But when I saw him pick up the shovel, well, I felt a lump in my throat and startedto cry. I wanted to tell everyone about it. I felt romantic toward him."
Richness of having vs. Richness of being
Chapter 9 - Prevent Regret
"Mom, you know what the trouble with life is?" asked three year old John, son of Nancy, wife of author.
"No, I don't. What's the trouble with life?"
The boy was playing with a tape recorder, " The trouble with life ia that it doesn't have a rewind button."
"Life is one of those games in which you can only move forward."
Committment and Conviction
I would have ..
... loved moe deeply
... laughed more often
... given more generoursly
... lived more boldly
What more shall I say?
Man, I think I poured out a whole chunk.
Lord, this is important.
I yield to You.
What I read and know is nothing until I practise them and live the way You want me to be, the way I am made as for!
Better is little and live a life worthy of His glory, than to have much yet forgets the Lord.
