Since we're a few months away from the big holidays
I wanted to drop a few simple reminders
to help you stay strong, energized, and consistent.
Sometimes it's the basics that make the biggest difference.
Tip 1
Habit: Aim for 7–9 hours of sleep. It's the ultimate recovery hack for strength and energy.
Workout: Take 5–10 minutes for dynamic warm-up. Your joints (and gains) will thank you.
Nutrition: Drink at least half your bodyweight in ounces of water daily to keep muscles firing and recovery high.
Tip 2
Habit: Set a daily step goal. Most say 10k steps (and I agree). I'm busy, and aim for 5-7k
Workout: Focus on form before chasing heavy resistance. Smart training > hard training.
Nutrition: Add one serving of veggies to every meal. Small upgrades compound fast.
